On September 12, 2026, Enrico and Giannella celebrated their wedding at Villa Cimena in Piedmont.
The entire celebration took place at the villa. The day started with an outdoor ceremony in the gardens. It continued with cocktails, dinner and a poolside after party. The overall style was elegant, romantic and natural. Flowers, greenery and the architecture of the villa created a refined setting throughout the day.
An outdoor ceremony with live violin
The ceremony took place in the gardens of Villa Cimena. Guests were seated in front of a large floral arch. Soft shades mixed with warmer floral accents to create a romantic and natural setting. Neutral chairs kept the design elegant and allowed the flowers to remain the main focus. The surrounding trees created an intimate atmosphere. Live violin music accompanied some of the most emotional moments of the ceremony. The warm September light added another layer to the setting and made the garden feel even more special. For this part of the wedding, we wanted nature to remain visible. The floral design framed the ceremony without overpowering the landscape.
A wedding entirely at Villa Cimena
One of the main advantages of a Villa Cimena wedding is the possibility of hosting every part of the day in the same location. After the ceremony, guests moved to another area of the property for cocktails. There was no need for long transfers or waiting times. This allowed the day to flow naturally and gave guests more time to enjoy the villa.
When a venue offers several different spaces, each one can become part of the wedding experience.
Cocktail hour in the gardens
The cocktail hour had a more relaxed atmosphere. Guests could move through the outdoor spaces, enjoy drinks and spend time together. This part of the day created a natural transition between the ceremony and dinner. Meanwhile, Enrico and Giannella had time for their wedding portraits.
The gardens of Villa Cimena worked perfectly for this moment and helped keep every part of the celebration connected.
Outdoor dinner with live saxophone
Dinner took place outside, directly in front of Villa Cimena. It became one of the most beautiful settings of the day. Round tables were arranged across the lawn and the surrounding outdoor areas. Behind them, the classical façade of the villa created an elegant backdrop. Neutral chairs and delicate decorative details kept the overall design refined.
During dinner, a live saxophone performance added a contemporary and sophisticated touch to the evening. The music blended naturally with the atmosphere and helped create a relaxed yet elegant reception. As the sun went down, the lighting changed the setting completely. The illuminated villa became part of the dinner design and created a beautiful backdrop for the evening.
A romantic and natural wedding design
The wedding design combined romantic details with a classic style. The floral arch was the main decorative element during the ceremony. For dinner, we chose a lighter approach. A historic villa already has a strong visual identity. For this reason, the design should complement the architecture rather than compete with it. Flowers, greenery and the villa worked together throughout the day.
The result was elegant, natural and timeless.
Poolside after party at Villa Cimena
After dinner, the celebration moved to the pool area at Villa Cimena. The atmosphere became more energetic and informal. After the elegance of the ceremony and dinner, guests could enjoy a completely different setting for the final part of the evening. The pool created a beautiful backdrop for music, dancing and the late-night celebration. Keeping the after party at the same venue was also extremely convenient. Guests did not need another transfer at the end of the evening. They could simply move from dinner to the pool area and continue celebrating.
Planning a wedding at Villa Cimena
Villa Cimena offers several possibilities for couples planning a wedding in Piedmont. The gardens can host the ceremony and cocktail hour. The area in front of the villa creates a beautiful setting for an outdoor dinner. The pool can then become the perfect location for a more relaxed and energetic after party. Different spaces allow each part of the celebration to have its own atmosphere. At the same time, the entire wedding remains connected. As wedding planners, we consider much more than the visual design. Timing, music, guest movement and logistics are equally important. Enrico and Giannella’s wedding showed how a single venue can host a complete celebration while making every moment feel different.
