We worked with a fairly strict budget and, admittedly, left more than a few things later than we should have, but Veronika and Chiara handled everything calmly, efficiently, and without ever making it feel stressful. Veronika, Nina, and Chiara were so easy to work with, accommodating a 9 hour time difference and busy schedules during the planning process, keeping us on pace and on budget throughout, and executing perfectly on every detail on the day of our wedding. My husband and I didn’t have a dialed in vision for our wedding initially, but the team worked with us to understand what we might like and made sure we thought of everything to ensure an unforgettable day for our guests – all of who were traveling from far away to attend our wedding. We had a Catholic ceremony in a stunning church in an idyllic town 6 minutes from our venue that the team helped to arrange for us, given that we are from the States and didn’t know an Italian priest. The priest, the seamless transport to/from our venue, and church adornments they arranged for the ceremony were a huge part of what made our special day so special and unforgettable. Everything was seamless and breathtaking.

Back at the venue, everything we planned for our guests (organizing/directing all the vendors throughout, the welcome party, show cookingcooking, dinner, string quartet, guitar/singer, DJ/sax, flowers, stationary, welcome bags, etc.) was executed perfectly. We leveraged their vendor recommendations (of which they shared they perfect number of options) for everything and all were fantastic. The team gracefully accommodated a number of one off requests (wedding cake show, additional plates at dinner, etc).

Both my husband and I can say that we did not lift a finger or worry about a single thing the day of our wedding. It was truly the best day of our lives and we’re so grateful to the team at Viarisio. I would also like to add that many of our guests made a point to mention to me how fabulous our planners were – they also mentioned our wedding being the most thoughtful and fun wedding they’d attended, although not sure how much of that was simply a show of flattery for the bride and groom 😉 Veronika, Nina, Chiara – thank you so much for the most unforgettable wedding weekend. You are truly the best.
