A young an smiling couple: this is who Irene and Matt are! He is English and moved to Switzerland for love… and she is a woman full of energy! Together they chose Italy as the location for their wedding in Italy.
Three days Wedding
Willing to share their joy with family and friends, they organized for them an unforgettable three days wedding. For me it was an amazing occasion, as I had the possibility to create different but still beautiful moments, and was able to suggest solutions and ideas. It was the perfect occasion to make special three full days!
So I dedicated myself to the planning of the wedding day and of the entire weekend: three days to celebrate love and happiness.
All of Irene and Matt’s guests were accommodated in small structures surrounded by hazel groves, fields and vineyards. In this area where time seems to stop, where people are surprized by colours and perfumes, I developed a BBQ for the Friday evening, a romantic reception for Saturday’s wedding and a relaxing morning on the poolside with pizza for everyone for Sunday.
But let me tell you about Saturday’s wedding!
The special details: Fern
The main theme was the fern leaves. The bride’s dress was embellished with embroidery that reminded fern leaves, this symbol was also utilized on the stationery used to decorate the mise en place.
If I look back to this wedding, what comes to my mind is happiness and nature. Nature was present since the first moment: the ceremony took place in a courtyard where the walls are covered with climbing plants, and the vows exchange happened underneath the branches of an amazing Weeping Willow.
The photos of Irene and Matt represent the happy couple in between roses in bloom, vine shoots, climbing plants….
The tables for the wedding reception demonstrated all their beauty without tablecloths. And the centrepieces, made of simple compositions of greenery and hydrangeas, gave a delicate atmosphere to the dinner.
Party time!
The joy present at this wedding was a lot! The bride and groom where contagious, as they were always smiling and ready to enjoy time with their friends and family.
Dancing was a big part of this wedding celebration! In a first moment, all the guests were able to dance between the tables on a wooden platform, but then moved inside in order to keep on partying until late!
Spontaneity, games, some little folkloristic touches… and a lot of shared joy, this is what this wedding was. Thank you Irene and Matt for sharing with me this special day!

Professional, attentive and friendly
Chiara and team took away all our stress on the day and during the planning. When one venue for guests fell through Chiara found an excellent alternative very quickly. She quickly got our vision for the wedding and made it a reality with apparent ease! On the day there was a team of two to oversee the proceedings. Ensuring a smooth day without being overbearing. Handled a demanded bride professionally :). One feedback would be to have a planning timeline from the start to help calm a worrying bride and groom. Highly recommend!
