Why choosing Piedmont?
When the vineyards are colored in fascinating chromatic nuances, the Piemonte countryside becomes a triumph of colors. You can fill tour eyes with all these nuances and you are amazed by so much aesthetic pleasure. For this reason, the Langhe have become UNESCO heritage. But not only! Today they are also one of the most popular wedding destinations for couples from all over the world.
The atmosphere of the vineyards is magical and the scent of the grapes ready for the wine cellars, give a unique feeling. It’s not only a pleasure for the eyes, but also an emotions of smells.
Many are the couple who choose the Langhe as a place to celebrate their wedding. Also due to the typical cuisine, represented by simple and delicious food, but prepared in an unique way.
The couple, the ceremony
Deborah and Kristian decided to get married in the beautiful Villa Pattono.
The building is a historic dwelling of 1700, restored by the Pattono family at the end of the 19th century. The park surrounding it is full of ancient trees and vineyards. The unmistakable tower, built during the restoration, dominates the hills that surround it.
The bride and groom chosen to celebrate their wedding here, coming from Switzerland. Between trees and vineyards, they lived their wedding ceremony in an intimate way.
A symbolic ceremony united the couple in the respect of the silence of the hilly nature. They chose soft colors, such as green and eucalyptus gray, to match the landscape. The goal was to create a balanced camuflage with the natural frame. The couple arrived at the ceremony with a vintage car: a red 500, a nice way to reach the place of the symbolic ceremony.
Now it’s time to enjoy the party!
We designed the aperitif to blend harmoniously into the environment. Majestic barrels of wine provided the necessary support for dishes and glasses for the guests, while the trees around where decorated with hanging glass bottles, containing delicate flowers, as if have just harvested from a meadow.
The reception was under a marquee, embellished with candid white draperies. The food was from the Piemontese culinary tradition and the tables where decorated with wildflowers in simple glass jars. A simplicity that gave a sense of great refinement.
Every detail wanted to recall the delicate sense of nature that with its flowers and fruits can offer beauty and refreshment. The small details such as the decorations on the menu or the boutonnière on the groom’s jacket, the floral arrangements that have decorated the various spaces of the villa or the bride’s bouquet, they all highlighted the enveloping charm of Nature.
At the end of the reception the couple opened the dances, and together with their guests they spent the evening partying. We also organized a a cabaret show, much appreciated by everyone, which concluded with happy laughter this magical day.
